Lorenza Rosa Carballo

Lorenza Rosa Carballo of Rancho Santa Margarita, California passed away on Wednesday, January 06, 2021 at the age of 89. After several months of declining health, Lorenza Rosa passed away peacefully with her beloved family by her side.

Lorenza Rosa was born in Entre Rios, Argentina on August 10, 1931 to father Gonzalo Rios and mother Carmen Rios. She emigrated from Argentina to United States in March 05, 1972. With the dream that our family and future generations could have a better future and opportunities. Her work ethic and desire to take care of her family led her to a comfortable life.

She is survived by her children; Rosa Zufolo, Rollin Carballo, and Beatriz Escobar; spouses; Pasqualino Zufolo, Nidia Carballo, grandchildren; Adrian Zufolo, Brian Zufolo, Lisa Lettieri, Paul Carballo, Mark Carballo, Nicole Carballo, Domenique Escobar, and Demi Escobar, and great-grandchildren; Cristian Zufolo, Brandon Zufolo, Anthony Zufolo, and Julian Lettieri.

People wishing to honor Lorenza Rosa lifelong commitment to family and community can make donations in lieu of flowers to UCLA Brain Aneurysm Foundation, 757 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA. 90095.

Memorial Service is planned for Sunday, January 17, 2021, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Limited to 10 family members, due to COVID-19.

  1. May Rosa encounter endless peace and love as she reunites in heaven with her husband. They will both be angels looking over and taking care of the whole family.
