We were brothers from the first time we met and worked together in NC, Okinawa and finally in Cali. Linn and Michiko are my youngest daughter Kimberly God parents who waa born on the day you left us. While we were not blood related we were definitely brothers with a special bond. Rest in peace Lon. Though you may longer be here in person you will always be with me in my heart and soul. You were a great Husband, Father, Brother and Friend and will be deeply missed. All of his family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers. Michiko is you need anything CALL me. Love and miss you Lon.

Rest in peace my friend. I will always remember your smile and your kind heart. God bless you Marci, Nikki and Joe. May you find peace in your memories of a wonderful brother and son. Deepest sympathy to the family.

  3. My best friend since almost the first day I met him. Time flew, and we watched our families grow older together. Such a great guy and full of energy and life, it was sad to watch him fade like he did. I will always remember Lon like he was – poker and drinks with the guys on the weekend! We always had a good laugh and we would get each other with jokes.

  4. Marci, Nikki and Joe – I am thinking of all of you as you face this loss together. I know that Lon’s illness and his passing is devastating. There is nothing more important in this life than family and when a loved one is no longer with us physically, life is never the same. I truly believe he has been reunited with his beloved mother, Eileen, who will always hold a special place in my heart. I hope you find peace in the months and years to come.
