Although she was born in Los Angeles, she lived most of her life in Orange County, California. Early on, she started working as a phone operator and 35 years later she retired a Phone Line Specialist for New Communities at AT&T. Linda loved to sew and made many clothes and costumes for her children. She enjoyed Christmas along with all the decorations. She loved collecting stamps, coins, bells and shot glasses.
Linda spent many family vacations camping at Carpentaria Beach, CA and in Lake Havasu, AZ. She owned a SeaDoo and would take her oldest Grandson Christian out on the lake every chance she got. She also enjoyed watching her Grandson Colin play Football as well as Kage and Caden play baseball.
NFL Football was a passion of hers or should we say Peyton Manning. In 2010 Linda took her son David to Super Bowl XLIV in Miami Florida to watch Peyton Manning’s Indianapolis Colts vs the New Orleans Saints, a dream come true. She also loved to attend red carpet events such as the People’s Choice Awards. Star Trek was an all-time favorite; she was a true Trekkie! One of her other favorites was Castle and everything Nathan Fillion starred in. In 2015 she took her family to Comic-con and Nathan Fillion invited her to sit front row VIP. As the event started he came in grabbed her hand and gave her a kiss on the cheek. This was one of the best days of her life.
She enjoyed getting dressed up with her collection of jewelry and getting her hair done. She had a beautiful smile with big bright eyes. She will be truly missed by her family, friends and neighbors.
