Lillian Doble Flarity, born February 24, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan, died on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Saddleback Hospital after an extended illness.
She was a graduate dietician who earned her B.S. in Home Economics at Wayne State University, but primarily was employed in scientific computer programming during her professional career.
Her deceased husband, Earl Chaning Flarity, a professor at University of Detroit and contract negotiator at J.P.L. Pasadena, preceded her in death in 1982. She is survived by her daughter, The Rev. Dr. Katherine St. John, and her brother, Arthur V. Doble, Esq.
