Obituary

Lillian Adele Moore-Griesbach, 89, passed away in Laguna Hills on January 27, 2015.

Lillian was born in Pendleton, Oregon in 1925 to The Honorable Judge James Alger Fee and Frances Louise Waldo. She graduated from Pomona College in 1947. She married Lauren F. Moore and they had a son, David. Lauren passed away in 1985. She married Howard Griesbach in 1999.

Lillian worked as a legal secretary and later as Personal Assistant to the Superintendent of the Pleasanton, California School District.

One of Lillian’s greatest joys was music. She loved playing the piano and taught piano lessons part-time after she retired. She also played occasionally with the choir at Laguna Beach United Methodist Church.

Lillian is survived by her husband Howard, her son David, her sister Louise, and her many nieces and nephews who brought joy to her life.

A celebration of life service will be held at Freedom Village on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 1:00pm.
