Leonard Sola, 90, of Mission Viejo, California passed away peacefully on May 7th, 2024. Preceded by death of parents, Magnus and Anna Sola. Loving husband to Elaine (Fotland) Sola for 67 years. He is survived by his wife, Elaine, 2 sons and 2 daughters, Lester (Rene’) Sola, Gary (Sheila) Sola, Diane (Rick) Rasmusson, and Sharon (John) Hennessey. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Leonard was in the Air Force for four years and then worked at Illinois Bell Telephone until he retired in 1985 and moved to California. He worked at Coto de Caza for 20 years as a golf ranger. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, church, traveling (cruises), along with tennis, racquetball, and golf.

Services will be held at Riverside National Cemetery and Casta del Sol Clubhouse in early June.
