Lawrence Cheng Seng Tan, 81, born in Singapore on 9/13/1923, passed away peacefully on 5/16/2005 at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, Laguna Hills, California. He was a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, U.K.. He is survived by his wife, Helen, and their sons Ming of Costa Mesa, CA and Song of State College, PA., stepson, Charles Ku and grandson, James Ku of Miami, FL. He is also survived by his brother, Cheng Seng Tan of London, U.K., and sisters, Cheng Neo Ang and Juliet Kim Neo Chong, both of Singapore.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday 5/21/2005 – 10:00AM at O'Connor Laguna Hills Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.
