Lavonne and Art were always Aunt and Uncle to myself and siblings even though they are really 2nd cousins. I enjoyed traveling through Europe with them and Aunt Karen. It was a wonderful trip. I miss them both. I am happy to have had a chance to visit Lavonne in February 2019.
Rest In Peace, Lavonne.

Aunt LaVonne was special to me throughout my life. She was a woman of integrity, strength, wisdom, adventure and humor. She was a person who touched lives everywhere she went. LaVonne was truly a bright light and I am saddened that I will not feel her love and warmth any longer. Pat, Cathy and family, I am praying that healing will touch your hearts right now. My thoughts and love are with you.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt LaVonne. Art and LaVonne were very good to me when I was a kid. They took me along on vacations to help with Kathy and Pat. I helped them move into thier new house in Hopkins. They were especially conscious of the fact thy we were family and that we should know each other as cousins. They created great Christmas parties that carried on for years. When they moved to CA it was the end of seeing them except briefly when they came back to visit. The next generation learned s lot from them. We should all call a cousin in their honor.
