  1. My father was not around much and he focused on what he wanted to do in his life. He was a self made man. He valued education and he attended a certificate program at Harvard. He also held positions as Chief of Medicine in several hospitals and Hospital Chief of Staff.
He pointed his kids to the right direction to the best of his abilities and the best with little time he had for his kids. He did his best and that’s about it. I wish I had more time with him, especially in the end. But, that awful diease took away his last most rewarded time here on earth which were his final days. When he had time and I had time, we would talk and he shared his ideas and values in life. There were conversations with no holds bar. He was great in that. He was open to my comments. He encouraged me to speak out. I guess becuase I was the youngest boy. I have missed me already becuase of his diease but I’ll never forget him.

I love you as a friend and as my father.
