  1. Lakshmanan was always very warm and friendly. I worked with him occasionally on various projects, but I really got to know him when we started playing tennis together. He actually introduced me to the game, and he was patient enough to stick with me while I learned the basics. We had many conversations over the last few years, and he always showed genuine interest in how I was doing, and always offered advice when he thought it would help. I am fortunate that I got to know and spend time with him. I will miss him very much.

Very few people make a difference in our day to day life, that was who Laskhman was for our family. A friend; a guide; an advisor; a caring elder brother whom we met several times a week..someone whom we got to spend quality time with over the course of the last few years. We miss him dearly today,so dearly that words cannot define our thoughts and feelings at this moment. Tears are never ending; the void is only larger everyday but knowing Lakshman ..he is still here and now watching over us all,.Our prayers to the well being of his wonderful wife Poonam and his beautiful children. We are always here for you ,Prashu Neela

I had the pleasure of working with Lakshmanan for his enitire time here at WFS. He was alway kind and very helpful. Through all the stress and changes he never seemed to be upset. At one of our work events he met my grandson who is a special needs child (I should say adult now) and after that he always would ask how he was doing. This was just like Lakshmanan very caring. You will be missed my friend.

The sad news came for days but I still can’t accept
Wherever I look, his works still there
A document with his colorful remarks
A request with his signature signed
All remind me of a great co-workers I have ever had
All remind me of a great man that I very missed

An empty seat at lunch time when I passed
My heart paused for a second of all sudden sad
But I as a great man he was
He wouldn’t want me to be sad
As he always smile to greet me when we met
So I will now try to smile and said
You are missed Lakshmanan, but never forget

  5. I used to bump into Lakshmanan at the WFS gym and he always encouraged me to play tennis with him and Neela. With him there was never a dull moment on the tennis court. He had a great serve, was always smiling and willing to teach. His loss comes as a shock and I will miss him and pray for his family.
