Kerri Rene Barton (Foss), 33, of Aliso Viejo, CA passed away on June 18, 2019.

She was born in South Laguna Beach California on July 24, 1985 to Richard and Evelyn Foss.

Kerri graduated from Capistrano Valley HS in 2003 continuing to UCLA where she graduated in 2007 with her bachelor's degree in history.  She continued her education at the University of Southern California's Gould School of Law graduating in 2011 with her Law Degree and successfully passed the State Bar Exam.   She was married to Ryan Barton on September 23, 2017.  Kerri loved to travel.  Along with Ryan, friends and family, she traveled the world.

She is survived by her Husband, Ryan; Mother and Father, Evelyn and Richard Foss; Sister, Tracey Foss; Grandfather, Roy Maitland; Aunts Ann Hernandez and Vicki Montez; Uncle Tom Hernandez, Mother-in-Law, Tania Gumusgerdan, Brother-in-Law Philip Barton, Sister-in-Law, Melanie Wunsch, Brother-in-Law Ben Wunsch; Godson/nephew Stephen Wunsch along with numerous cousins.  In addition, she is survived by her beloved Labrador Retrievers Mickey & Ollie, and cat Pinto.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Wayfarer's Chapel located at: 5755 Palos Verdes Drive S, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275.  A Celebration of her life will follow the service at Palos Verdes Golf Club located at 3301 Via Campesina, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274 from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. If you are unable to attend the 6:00 pm service, we invite you to join us at the celebration of life reception that follows. Please join us in sharing your memories and stories dressed in colorful clothing to help celebrate her memory.

In honor of Kerri's love of animals and children, in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in her name to Best Friends Animal Society or the Ronald McDonald's Family Room at CHOC Children's in Orange.
