Kenneth E. Hansen, 64,
of Huntington Beach, a retired operations manager, died march 28, 2005, of complications due to diabetes, cardiac arrest and kidney failure. Services 9:00AM Saturday April2, 2005 @ St. Nicholas catholic Church in Laguna Woods. With burial to follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery Huntington Beach, CA.
Ken was born in Hawthorne, California on September 21, 1940. Ken graduated from Inglewood High in 1958, and was a U.S. marine from 1960-1964. He was married to his wonderful wife, Janet Ishida, for 31 years. Ken was a beloved father of two sons, Kevin and Jimmy. He was a family-oriented man whose selfless acts among his large family of 4 siblings, 18 cousins, and 16 nieces and nephews endeared him to all. A 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus for over 15 years, Ken volunteered his time in many roles including Knights of Columbus Financial Secretery and helper to the handicapped at Fairview Developmental Center. He loved to work and was an extremely dependeble and loyal employee at IDS for 42 years. He was a humble, friendly and humorous man.
