Capt (ret.) Kenneth Hodges Bell passed away on July 4, 2013 following a bravely fought battle with cancer. Ken was a veteran of the US Navy who served his country with honor in Vietnam. Following his naval career, Ken worked as a professional engineer for RBF Consulting and the City of Indian Wells.

Ken is survived by his wife of 36 years, Nancy Bell; his brother, Ambassador (ret.) Randolph Bell; and his nephew, Lt. Cdr. Christopher Bell.

A memorial service will be held at O'Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Hills at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 10. Contributions to the American Cancer Society.
