Obituary

Keith William Veale, 81, of Laguna Niguel, California passed away on April 21, 2010. He was born December 1, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio to Russell William Veale and Anna Ruth Veale nee Martin.

Keith spent most of his life in sales – primarily in the appraisal and timeshare industries. He was elected president of the National Association of Accountants in 1980. Keith also volunteered as an Ambassador at John Wayne Airport. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed travel — having visited five different continents.

Keith was predeceased by his wife Ellen Curtin Veale and his daughter Linda Veale. Keith is survived by his children Robert K. Veale, Janet L. Venecek, Diane C. Hiener, Michael D. Doel, Deborah E. Arbabi, and Andrew R. Doel, 8 grandchildren, and his romantic partner Mary Pat McCourt.

A celebration of Keith’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on April 29 at O’Connor Mortuary at 25301 Alicia Parkway in Laguna Hills. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Heart Association.
