Family and friends mourn the loss of Keith D. Thayer on June 13, 2012 at age 52.

Keith was born in Mt. Clemons, MI, attended Lincoln Park High School, and received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1982. After graduation, he moved to Ft. Worth, TX for three years then to southern California, where he held multiple positions in high-tech sales. He had a lifelong love of music and boating, and returned home to Michigan to visit family and friends as often as he could. He had a fun-loving spirit that endeared him to anyone he came into contact with.

Keith lost his mother, Betty, to cancer when he was only 23. He is survived by his father, Arnie; two beautiful daughters, Lauren and Melissa, with Thanh Thayer; Robin Daly, his only sister, her husband Jim, and their son, Mitchell.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, June 22 from 5 to 9 PM at O'Connor Laguna Hills Chapel, 25301 Alicia Parkway. A celebration of Keith's life will be held on June 23rd at 1 PM at the same location.
