Kathleen Jane Santiago (Ashby) was born January 05, 1955 to Peggy and Edward Ashby in Clearfield Pennsylvania, she was the fourth of 8 sibling.  Kathy was a Loving Mother, Grandmother and Wife.

Kathy had her first child Dana Ryan in 1973. Kathy owned several businesses throughout her life. at the age of nineteen she opened her first business, a pizza restaurant in Buffalo, New York called Pizza Express. In 1978 Kathy and her daughter moved to California where she opened her next business, a ballroom dance studio. this is where Kathy met her husband Jude Santiago. Kathy and Jude were married February 22, 1986. They had two children Alexander Santiago and Elizabeth Santiago. Kathy sold her business to stay at home and raise her children. Kathy loved to shop and eventually ran a business form home selling collectables on eBay. Kathy was very generous, Kind and loving person with a great sense of humor and a big heart.

Kathy is survived by her Daughter Dana Ryan and her husband Steve Ryan, her son Alexander Santiago, her daughter Elizabeth Santiago, Mother in law Rose Santiago, Grandchildren Dillon, Brandon and Kate Ryan, and by her siblings Anna Ashby, Edward Ashby, Christopher and Donna Ashby, Randolph and Sandra Ashby, Peggy Ashby, Lucille and Don Camillo and Simon Black.
