Obituary

Kathleen Cavanagh Moore, age 70, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 6, 2019 at home, after a long hard-fought battle with Multiple Sclerosis.  She was born in Brooklyn, New York, daughter of the late Ellen (Coffey) Cavanagh and the late Fred Cavanagh.  She resided in Irvine, CA and previously resided in Ridgefield, CT and Oceanside, NY.  She was a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Kathleen was passionate about her children and grandchildren.  She also loved the University of Texas at Austin, attending football games in Austin. Kathleen established the Kathleen C. Moore Private Foundation whose sole purpose is to fund fellowships and research to eliminate the Multiple Sclerosis disease.
