Katharine was born on December 27th 1989 in California. She attended Northwood High School where she was an straight A student with an immaculate attendance record. During her time at Northwood High School she was actively involved in school choir, water polo and swimming. Katharine adored singing and had an amazing singing voice. She graduated from Boston University with a BA in International Relations.

Katharine was very proud of her Irish heritage and was passionate about all things Irish. She loved Irish dancing and danced competitively for many years. Katharine was loving and loved. She had many friends who she adored and who adored her too. Katharine worked at Tustin Brewing Company who provided her with with a second family that brought tremendous love and support to her.

Katharine is survived by her parents, her loving boyfriend Brendan, and her aunts, uncles, and cousins in the US and Ireland who will miss her forever.
