Obituary
Julie Patrice Crosby passed away on Sept. 6, 2010 in Newport Beach, California. She was born on Oct. 19, 1955 in Lynwood, California. Julie is survived by her mother Charlotte, sister Lynne Littlefield, brothers Bill and Kevin, uncle Bill Backlund and nephew Matt. She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. William E. Crosby and her sister, Diane Swanson. She will be greatly missed!
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Julie’s name to the National Brain Tumor Society or the American Cancer Society.

Julie was a special person and I am glad I got to know her better towards the end of her life. My prayers are with the family at this time.

I met Julie in 1977 we fell in love and lived together for several years. Things just didn’t work out and 30 years later we once again fell in love and Julie moved to Chicago shortly there after her illness became more of a issue and Julie moved back to Irvine and moved in with her Mother. I never stoped loving Julie and losing her for the third time was very heart breaking. Julie was a highlight of my life. I shall never forget her and her memory will always be next to me. Good bye my love I will miss you forever and will never forget those great times we spent together especially in Hawaii. Rest in PEACE my LOVE FOREVER Dane.

I got to know Julie when she came to live with my grandma, Maxine, Julie’s aunt for awhile in Colorado….and I loved her smile and her laugh. She was always insightful about people and relationships and helped coach me through some post-teen situations. A big heart, that girl had.
