  1. “The light of friendship is like the light of phosphorous, seen when all around is dark”

To one of my closest friends and second “mother”. We chose to laugh together during our light and dark phases of life and what woe Magic Mountain could not “fix”. Even as we all go through this dark moment of missing you and wishing to see and feel you one more time, your bright light has not allowed me to remain in sadness too long. The memories of our many years and experiences together always lead to happy thoughts. Thank you for your honesty, wisdom, listening ear, supportiveness, enlightenment, and love through the years. You will truely be missed, but I know you will be watching! Thanks for letting me call you Judy…I LOVE YOU!!!

My deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers are with all of you; Jerry, Kurt, Kent, and Darek. Thanks for sharing your sister and mother with me.

  2. Judith was an extremely great neighbor, customer and friend.
    We surely will miss her.

  3. So sorry to hear of your loss. Know that the thoughts and prayers of family and friends are with you today and all the days ahead. Though the miles and years may keep us apart, family is forever. My deepest sympathy.

  4. I have very often felt affection for Judith, and have very often felt compassion for Judith, and have very often felt friendship for Judith, and have very often wondered why I liked this woman as much as I did , because just as often as any of these other things, I often felt conflicted about Judith… But, here at the end of the road, nothing seems transitive, and it seems that this has always been so: What I know is that I love this woman very, very much and I will miss my friend, I will miss my friend, I will miss my friend.

While no words of mine can ease your loss, I just wanted you to know that I am grieving with you and thinking about you constantly.

Although we were unable to visit frequently in person, Judy and I spoke often by phone in the years since Soph and Adeline passed away. I will always remember the laughter we shared, a few tears, but most of all so very many fond memories of growing up a ‘Janeski’.
