Joseph Lee Wilson, Jr.
January 28, 1951 – February 11, 2025

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Joseph "Joe" Lee Wilson, Jr., a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who passed away on February 11, 2025, in Irvine, CA, at the age of 74.

Joe dedicated his career to ensuring the safe startup of energy plants, serving as a respected Plant Manager. Beyond his professional achievements, he was known for his sharp sense of humor, passion for airplanes—especially WWII aircraft—and his generous and compassionate spirit.

Joe leaves behind a legacy of love, joy, and inspiration. He is survived by his beloved wife, Colleen Wilson; his children, Sean and Amy Greenroyd, and Ryan Redman; and his cherished grandchildren, Angelika Greenroyd, Odin Greenroyd, and Emerson Greenroyd. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.

Joe will be laid to rest in the city of May, Texas. Family and friends are invited to a viewing in his honor on Saturday, February 15, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at O'Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA 92653 . A Celebration of Life will be held in California at a later date.
