Obituary

Giuseppe “Joseph” Grasso was born into a loving Sicilian family in Brooklyn, NY where he developed a deep appreciation for baseball, Italian cooking, and his close knit family. A Navy man, a minor league player, a professional masseur, Joe was a home run hitter at life.

He was profoundly close to his siblings, Sarah, Salvatore, and John – as  well as his extended family that surrounded him during his Brooklyn years. Joe always expressed a genuine joy of cooking for his children Stephen and Jonel, and later for his 6 grandchildren Michael, Anthony, Christopher, Vannessa, Courtney and Chase whom he adored. All of those whom Joe Grasso touched will hold dear the memory of his contagious smile, twinkling eyes, heartwarming meals, and his love for the richness of life’s greatest gifts.

He is and will always be loved, remembered. and missed.
