Dear Family and Friends:

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear father.  Joseph Kilano, 100 years old, passed away peacefully at his home in San Juan Capistrano, California surrounded by his loving daughter Susan Kilano, son-in-law Michael Lamonte and sister-in-law Samira Ghallozi.  We recently celebrated his 100 ^th birthday and it was a very happy occasion that we could share this milestone birthday with our closest and dearest family members in CA who loved and cherished my dad.

He is predeceased by his wife Jamila Kilano, his parents Zia and Wardana Kilano, his siblings Kamil Kilano, Bedoor Kilano Sabbagh, Badri Kilano and Manuel Kilano.

Survived by his loving daughter Susan Kilano (Michael Lamonte), son Wassim Kilano (Marti Kilano) and their children Benjamin Kilano and Makenna Kilano and brother, Wadi Kilano (Widad Kilano), brothers in-law Nazer Taila (Vicki Taila), Sami Taila (Christine Taila), sister-in-law Samira Ghallozi and many, many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews in California and Michigan.

Burial and prayer service will be at Holy Cross Cemetery at 10am on March 14, 2023: Holy Cross Cemetery 4470 Hilltop Dr. San Diego, CA 92102
