  1. Ah, Joe. I vaguely remember when Joe moved in next door. He was young, and told us that he liked to host a lot of parties. He hoped my family would be okay with that, and to please contact him if he ever got too loud. Well, he had his first “raging” party, with a bunch of really quiet people who liked to play croquet. Loud? We didn’t even know they were outside! If you know my family, we know how to party. Joe’s party was quieter grandmas drinking tea! I like to think that we eventually converted him.

Joe, thank you for being my dad’s best friend. You will be missed.

    Joe,

You will be missed by everyone here on earth. You always had a positive personality and a radiant smile. He will be remembered for that and all his glorious memnories he left us with.

  3. Joe’s smile and radiant charm will be missed by all who knew him. We loved it when he sat at the dining room table and studied during college. We loved when he sparkled over a business opportunity for the company. We loved it when he danced at the wedding. We are blessed to have many memories of our wonderful friend … Joe Blanda.

  4. Joe,

Although you are gone now, the memories of everything you have done for me and my family will stay with me until the very end. They may have not seemed so significant to you, but to me and my mom, they truly meant a great deal. I look back fondly on things as simple as when you’d change the spikes on my cleats or open your beautiful home for fun pool parties. You even graciously allowed me to join you on the 10 hour drive all the way to Utah for that softball tournament (I apologize for getting sick along the way). Your kindness and willingness to give assures me that everyone you know will look back on their time with you as only wonderful. It’s absolutely heartbreaking to know you are gone. You were a great coach and I’ll always remember my time with you, Caren, Jessica, and Joey as an incredible blessing and fun time in my life. Thank you for everything.

    Love,

    Camille & Anabel
