Jose Garzon Tacloban
March 19, 1939 – October 9, 2013
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

It is with great sadness that the family of Jose Garzon Tacloban announces his passing after a lengthy illness, on Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at the age of 74 years.
We feel blessed to know that you are wherever we go, smiling down upon us. Thank you for all the love you gave, lessons you taught, and the mark you left on all of our hearts.

Jose was preceded in death by his father, Venancio Tacloban, and his mother, Consolacion Garzon, of Iloilo, Philippines. Jose will be lovingly remembered by his wife Teresita and his four children; three sons – Albert (Geralyn), Robert, and Joselito, and daughter Jenivy (Florante) Escobar. He will also be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, Ashley, Kyle, Aaron, Kobe and Kloe. He is predeceased by his brother Juanito (Rosal) Tacloban. Jose is survived by sisters Maria Luz (Johnny) Alba and Maria Fe (Benjamin) Lorenzo.
A vigil will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013, at 7:00 p.m., O'Connor Mortuary, Laguna Hills, CA. Mass will be on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 9:00am, Saint Nicholas Catholic Church, Laguna Hills, CA. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, Lake Forest, CA.
