John J. Zedick, 82, was born April 23, 1927 in Forest City, PA and passed away November 23, 2009 in Mission Viejo, CA. John spent most of his professional career with Occidental Chemical Corp/Hooker Chemical Division of Niagara Falls, NY. He was an avid golfer as a member of Mesa Verde Country Club and Costa Mesa Men's Club. He was also an ever-present fixture at his grandchildren's sporting events.

John is survived by his wife Betty; son Roger and his children, Sara, Nora, and Zachary; son Robert, his wife Marsha and their daughter Monique; daughter Kathleen Davoodian, her husband Matthew and their son Christian; daughter Karen Curran and her children Karlene and Kane.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday Dec. 3, 2009 at 12:00pm at St. Kilian Catholic Church, Mission Viejo, CA.
