  1. Dear family of Jay,
We were so sorry to hear of Jay’s passing. We have lost touch with George, Michael and Mary, and would like to hear from you if you’d like. Please contact me at jeriharte@comcast.net to reconnect. We send our condolences to Jay’s family and we have family pictures to share with you if you’d like. Once again we are sad at the passing of our Nephew and cousin. Marion Hanson and Family.

I only knew Jay through his wonderful daughter, Katie. He has left the world a better place by giving it Katie.
Love and prayers for you, Katie, during the grieving process.

  3. Jay and I lost touch when he moved to California but a year ago re-connected. We grew up across the street from each other in Chicago. I spoke to him less than a week before his passing and let him know that he was,is and always will be my best friend. Much love and prayers to Jay and his family. Kevin McQuaid-Chicago
