Obituary

John G. Matthews, Jr., was born June 1, 1939 in Tacoma WA and passed away unexpectedly on January 5, 2017.

John was a business owner of Four Seasons Optical and worked in the Optical Industry for 42 years. He also served his country in the United States Marine Corps.

A resident of San Juan Capistrano for 36 years, John is survived by his wife Eileen; sons Bradley, Brian (Adelina Navarro) and Bryce; and extended family.

A Funeral Mass will be held at the Mission Basilica San Juan Capistrano on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 12:00pm. A Luncheon reception and Celebration immediately following Mass at El Adobe Restaurant.
