John Francis Dowd, Sr. 81, died on 8/16/05. John is a retired teacher for 22 years. He worked for the LA Unified School District. John is survived by his Beloved Wife Kathryn Dowd. Loving daughters Margaret Ann Amato and Mary Kathryn Dowd-Gwozdziowski; Loving son John F. Dowd Jr. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Memorial Mass will be held on Friday August 19, 2005 – 11:00am at St. Kilian Catholic Church 26872 Estanciero Drive, Mission Viejo, California.
