Obituary

John David Donahue, age 50 of Rancho Santa Margarita passed away unexpectedly on June 10, 2023 at his home in Rancho Santa Margarita.

John is survived by his daughter McKenna and her mother Tara Donahue, his parents Joan and Jay Donahue, his sisters Denyse and Kelly and his long-time partner, Tara Crawford.

A funeral mass is scheduled on Saturday July 29, 2023 at 10am at Santiago de Compostela, 21682 Lake Forest, CA 92630. Food and photos to follow in the Parish Hall.

John was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, life partner and friend. He loved to ride his Harley, he loved to surf, hike and camp. Most of all he loved doing these things with his family and friends. Everything about him will be sorely missed. He will be in our hearts forever.
