Obituary
Jody Maisch, our daughter, sister, aunt and friend, was taken home to our Heavenly Father February 4, 2006 as a result of an auto accident.
She was born Betty Jo Jody Macpherson November 23, 1947 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jody graduated from Paramount High School in 1965, continued on to graduate from the California State University, Fullerton with a Masters in psychology. Jody enjoyed a brief marriage to Sandy Maisch on August 15, 1970. Jody has had many other accomplishments in her short life, such as becoming a tax accountant to start her own business called ‘Biz Wiz’, writing a novel, publishing a cook book and countless others.
Jody is survived by her devoted Father and devoted Mother, Alex and Jean Macpherson; loving sisters Pam Barry Costa, Susan Jack Boden, Julie Wheeler and Nancy Kelly Taylor; 17 nieces and nephews and many close friends who will miss her as much as we will. She leaves a void in our lives.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 10, 2006 ~ 10:00A.M. at O’Connor Laguna Hills Mortuary Chapel, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, California. An Interment will follow immediately at El Toro Memorial Park, Lake Forest, California.

JODY WAS A KIND CARING PERSON SHE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ALL SORTS OF ADVICE, FROM TAXES TO LIFES LESSONS. SHE WILL BE MISSED VERY VERY MUCH.

My heart aches for our loss. Jody is an amazing woman, who always followed her dreams. Her numerous accomplishments are a testament to that. I really enjoyed spending more time with her this past year, and will miss her wit & warm smile.

We will definately keep Jody in our hearts. She definately had a very big heart. I will never forget her stories about her two little cats and the great advice she always gave me and my family.
