Taylor, Joan Ruth, 77, born July 3, 1929 in Maine, and died on Thursday, December 14, 2006 in Laguna Hills, CA.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Jody Bras of Laguna Hills, CA and Cindi Shannon of Aliso Viejo, CA; beloved son, Douglas Matney of Oroville, CA, and seven grandchildren, Doug Sturman, Mitch Ryan-Matney and Mariann Ryan-Matney of Oregon; James Bras of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, Peter Bras of Pace, FL, Erin Shannon of Foothill Ranch, CA and Christopher Bisnett of Aliso Viejo, CA, and two great-grandchildren, Madison Bras and Alyssa Sturman. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 ~ 10:30 A.M. at St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 29102 Crown Valley Pkwy., Laguna Niguel, CA. An Interment will immediately follow at El Toro Memorial Park in Lake Forest, CA.
