Jimmie, or Ma as most of us called her, was the kindest woman I’ve ever known. She had room enough in her heart for anyone, she adopted those around her into her heart, she housed, fed and listened to the needs of all who entered her home. She treated me like any of her sons, lovingly. She always wished and hoped for the best for me. She gave her blessing freely and with joy when I asked for her daughter Suzye’s hand in marriage. The world is a lesser place without Mrs. Jimmie Lee Occhipinti and I am a better person for having experienced her love and life. I will miss you tremendously Ma!

“GOD made a wonderful mother, A mother who never grows old; He made her smile of the sunshine, and he molded her heart of true Gold; In her eyes He placed bright shinning stars, In her cheeks fair rose you see; God made a wonderful mother, And He gave that dear mother to me.”
Thank you for instilling the moral’s, ethic’s, and unconditional love only a mother as you could give. Thank you for the privilege in allowing me to care for you over the past year. The many hours and days we had together will stay with me until we meet again.
I love you mom,
John

There are some things that never, ever leave us. A Mother’s love is one of them. I love you so much, Mom, and I will still talk to you every night at 6:00. Suzye
