Barely 46 years old, Jim Mayfield bennett of Lake Forest, california unexpectedly passed away on the afternoon of May 5, 2005. He is survived by his loving wife, jasmine; children Tracy and Brian; mother, Ruby and sisters, Barbara Fults and Betty McConnell. Jim will be forever remembered for his unconditional love, gifted artistic ability and love for the outdoors.
