Jerry began his career with GTE and continued on with Verizon, where he loyally worked in special services for 40 years. He met the love of his life, Teresa Galvan, in 1987. They married in 1991 and welcomed their son, Juan Diego Temple, into the world in 1994. Jerry loved to cook for his family and friends, enjoy a good baseball game and spend time with his son.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Teresa, his son, Juan Diego, his sister, Mary Ann Manning, and her husband, Don, his brother, Robert and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Alton and George.

  5. Teresa and Juan Diego –
You are such an integral part of our family’s history so it is with heavy, heartbroken hearts that we learned of Jerry’s passing. He was such an amazing man – caring, giving, always good natured, a friend to all. He will be greatly missed but is surely a shining star in heaven. Hold fast to God’s promise that we all meet again in a place much better than this, and find peace in each other and the many happy memories you shared together. Please know that you are always in our thoughts and prayers as you are rooted in our hearts.
    We love you!
Maureen, Tory, Quinn, Jordan,Tyler and Kiersten
