Obituary

On Tuesday, October 5, 2021, Jennifer Black, loving wife, mother, daughter and friend, passed away at age 47 with her family by her side in Fountain Valley, California.

Jennifer was born on April 17, 1974 to Gil and Sue Palmer.  On June 22, 2003, she married Kevin Black and together they raised their son, Noah Black (17).

Jennifer had a passion for all things Hockey. She loved spending time at the rink watching both her son and her husband play. She enjoyed spending time at Disneyland; She loved spending time with her friends doing all sorts of fun things, including hosting her annual Christmas cookie party.  She is known for her quick wit, her infectious smile and her kind and compassionate spirit.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother Sue Palmer. She is survived by her husband Kevin Black, her son Noah Black, her father and step-mother Gil and Barbara Palmer, her brother and sister-in-law Larry and Sue Palmer, her Niece Kaitlyn Palmer; her Mother-in-law and Father-in-law Margie and Jim Brock,  Sister-in-law(s), Cindy Bulawsky, Eileen Roach, Kerri Miller, Jaime Nelson and their Families; and brother-in-law Keith Black.

A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday 11/06/2021 2:00PM at Miles Square Park followed by a Sunset S’Mores roast on the Beach. In lieu of Flowers, a Go-Fund me page has been established for her son Noah Black.  https://www.gofundme.com/f/in-honor-of-jennifer-black

  1. Jennifer was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and friend. I am blessed to have known her. May you all find comfort knowing that she is home with Jesus and her mom, and that you all will be reunited one day. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers to Kevin, Noah and the entire family.
