He was born on October 15, 1947 in Riverside, Calif. to the late Leonard and Barbara Marsh. Jeff graduated Grover Cleveland High School in 1965 and received a bachelor’s degree in business from Chico State University in 1970. In 1976, he married his beautiful wife, Karin. Jeff’s passion was boats, and he lived his dream everyday, building a successful career in the boating industry for more than 30 years. Jeff is survived by his wife, Karin Marsh; two daughters, Tiffany Bonando and Amanda Dwyer; and four grandchildren, Julia and Stella Bonando and Kellen and Lyla Dwyer. Jeff was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to many.
Jeff’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Zeny and Rey Cruz, Capistrano Beach Care Center and Hospice for their loving care and support. Also, thank you to O’Connor Mortuary for all of the arrangements.

We think about you always, we talk about you still, you have never been forgotten, Dad
and you never will. We hold you close within our hearts, and there you will remain,
To walk and guide us through our lives until we meet again.

Jeff will always share a special place in my heart as one of the most beloved friends of my life. Our paths first crossed in high school, and we immediately knew we were destined to appreciate and enjoy our friendship and its years of fun-filled escapades to the max!
Jeff, I will always be honored to have been, and continue to be, your buddy. Your life will be remembered as a precious gift to us all.
God Bless You, my friend. Rest now, and save a seat for us until we meet again.
– Chris
