Jeanette Norton, passed away at Gregory's Care Residence on October 23, 2013.

She was born December 16, 1919 into the family of Thomas and Stella Andrezak who also had two sons, Chester and Eddie. Jeanette passed quietly among friends while on hospice care in Newport Beach, California.

Jean will be remembered as an energetic and charming person who was always up for conversation or a laugh. She rarely slowed down and loved to square dance at the local senior centers no matter what town she was in. She retired from a Para-Legal position at Hewitt Associates in Chicago, her hometown, where she grew up with her two brothers. Later in life she traveled to Japan, Bangkok and even China in the early 1970s. When faced with decisions in life Jean always opted for the active, adventuresome, and fun option.

She is survived by her son Dennis, daughter Donna and a niece and two nephews.

It takes a community of compassionate people to navigate the difficult times that the ends of life decisions bring.
