YEATS, Jay 'Papa J' 82, was born September 15, 1925 in Texas and passed away July 24, 2008.
Papa J is survived by triplet daughters, Paulette Large; Suzette Cummings and her husband, Alan Cummings; Annette Hannan and her husband, James Hannan; brothers, Ralph Yeats, Henry Yeats and Conard Yeats; grandchildren, Nicole Derenard, Travis Cummings, Kelly Jung, Stacy Derenard, Danielle Doty; great-grandchildren, Mason Derenard, Paige Derenard, Evelyn Jung and Elise Doty.
Funeral service Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at O'Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Pkwy., Laguna Hills, CA. Burial to follow at El Toro Memorial Park, Lake Forest, CA.
