Jay C. Waizenhofer, 80, born June 8, 1925 in Pennsylvania and passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2005 in Fountain Valley, California. He is survived by his devoted and loyal wife Shari Ann Waizenhofer; loving daughters Sheri W. Armstrong, MD., Jayanne Crawley, Anna Christina and three grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at El Toro Memorial Park on Friday, October 28, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. with Military honors by the Blue Eagles.
