  1. I will remember Jane as a loving mother to my daughter-in-law, Caroline. I have been blessed to know Jane’s son, Darren, & family as well.
Jane was a wonderful mother & grandmother with a generous & wonderful smile.
    We will all miss her.
    With fondness & prayers
    Barbara Hawkins.

  2. Dear Caroline and Darren,

I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. Jane was always such a warm and friendly person and I have many warm memories of the times we spent together at Roosevelt and UCLA, and when she visited her parents in Monterey Park, since we lived right across the street from them. Then we had the pleasure of watching you two grow up through the annual Christmas cards that Jane sent. We will keep you in our hearts and minds and we send you our heartfelt sympathy. It’s hard enough to lose a parent but in this time of Covid-19, it makes it that much harder with all the restrictions,. Please stay strong in the knowledge that there were so many people who loved your mom and are so sorry to see her go.

    With deepest sympathy,
    Jimmy & Michiko Matsunami
