  2. I also know that we all have to go one day but it is always a grievous moment when it happens. Dorle and I have met Jacques many times and we will never forget this great and respectable gentlemen. During my professional life I had the great honor to work, to travel and also enjoy him on every trip we did for many years. Later when he retired we loved to come to his house and met Jaques and Mary. Even without notice we were very welcome and they shared their lunch or dinner. There is no better hospitality.
We will never forget Jaques and hopefully will meet again Mary when in California. All the best to her and all family members.

  3. Jacques’s love and respect always resided in our hearts. Over the years, we enjoyed his interesting stories and memories about his long, successful career in Egypt, Canada Europe and the U S. Jacques was an intellectual person, had a vision, love of art, history and religion. He was, together with his life love wife Mary, a member of church coral.

We will miss Jacques a lot. May his soul Repose In Peace in the paradise of joy.

” ….to be with Christ …is far better”.
    – Philippians 1:23
