Obituary
Jack Henry Enda, 82, of Orange County, CA, beloved father, grandfather, and brother, died suddenly on January 29, 2017. He was born on January 6, 1935 in Los Angeles, CA to Louis & Jeanette Enda.
Jack grew up in El Monte, CA and graduated from El Monte High School. He served in the Korean War as a member of the US Air Force. He had a distinguished and enjoyable career in the Title Insurance Industry where he worked for over 50 years. Jack enjoyed church, sporting events, golfing, movies and traveling. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Jack was preceded in death by his son Jeffrey Wayne Enda. Jack is survived by his sisters Barbara and Phyllis, daughters Stacey and Jeanette, sons Scott and David, and his 8 grand-children. Jack built his life around his family, friends and his faith. His unconditional love, strength and integrity will be greatly missed.
There will be a memorial service celebrating Jack’s life at 11am on Friday, February 10th, at Mariner’s Church Chapel located at: 5001 Newport Coast Drive in Irvine, CA.

Along with Jack m myself and two others from El Monte High School joined the Air Force in 1955. We were divided up once we were in Basic Training. After graduation fro boot camp., Jack and I were paired up again and sent Shaw AFB, Sumpter, SC. Jack and I traveled across the United States three time by car.
In 1956 Jack and I were sent to Korea. There again we were spilt up.. Jack went to PY do in the northern .paart of Korea. I went South to a Radar Site at Pyong Taek..
It is very sad that Jack and I lost touch in Korea and when we came home. To Jack’s family, my deepest sympathies. A friend forever.

I joined the Air Force with Jack and two other El Monte buddies in 1955. After basic training Jack an me were assigned to Shaw AFB, Sumter, SC. Jack and I made the trip by car acrossed country three time. We were both sent to Korea together and when we arrived we were split up. Jack to Py do up north and me to Pyong Taek to the south.
Lost tract of Jack while there and tried various times to locate him when I came home. No luck.
I am sorry that we couldn’t have hooked up back home. My sympathies to the family.
