Hue Minh
Nadeau
Sep 30, 1937 — Jul 3, 2026
Hue Nadeau, born in Saigon, Vietnam, passed away on July 3, 2026, in San Marcos, California, at the age of 88. She was a woman of warmth, grace, and quiet strength, whose presence brought light and comfort to all who knew her.
Hue devoted much of her life to the noble profession of education, serving as a dedicated educator for more than 50 years. Early in her career, she taught language in Vietnam, and later spent nearly 40 years teaching cosmetology, touching countless lives through her deep commitment to her students and her love of teaching.
Her love of learning extended far beyond the classroom. She was an avid student of languages, fluent in Vietnamese, French, and English, and was most recently studying Spanish. She was also an excellent cook, a talented crocheter, and found great joy in gardening and playing bingo.
Hue is survived by her daughters, Jeanne and her husband Anthony, and Jacqueline and her husband Patrick; and by her granddaughters, Haley, Audrey, and Leslie. She was preceded in death by her son, George.
