  1. We have been so blessed to know Herman and Kathleen. They lived next door to Grandpa Gene and Grandma Frances all of my 38 yrs. Herman was a blessing to Grandpa, whom he witnessed to for the Lord for so many years. Herman watered the seeds that the Holy Spirit planted. He was so very faithful in sharing his love for his Savior with Genei. Two weeks before Grandpa died he turned his heart over to the Lord. Thank you Herman for being so loving and faithful. Also thank you for marrying Kathleen so that I could meet her and adopt her as my Godmother, she is a very special lady.
    love,

  2. Gail Nugent says:

Herman was a man who walked with the Lord and was always a blessing to those that knew him, particularly to his family, his wife Kathy and her family. Kathy and I have known each other since we were eleven years old. The lord sent Herman to Kathy after her prior husband passed away. For some reason Kathy has been destined to be a caretaker and a widow repeatedly. She has always been such a caring and loving woman and in that light was a blessing for Herman also. Herman has shown his love for Kathy by paving the way for her in future years and those that love her are very grateful to him for that. He has been a wonderful man to his family and hers. I know his family and Kathy and her family will miss him dearly.

My husband and Herman always enjoyed discussing their travels in Israel and the Bible.

With special love to you Kathy. We’ve been friends for 56 years and I’ll be praying for you.

May the peace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all now and forever more.

Dear Kathy, I am so very sorry for your loss. I know that you took good care of Herman, and that his life had to be blessed with you at his side, just as your life was blessed by having this strong and dedicated man of God as your husband. I’m glad that Norm and I had the chance to meet Herman, and happy for you for the years the two of you had together. May God bless and comfort you and all your family and give you peace. Love, Kay
