Hee Jung Oh passed away January 10, 2018 at home in Laguna Woods, CA with her family and friends by her side.  She was born on January 27, 1949 in Hwanseong-si, Gyeonggi-do province, South Korea to Byung Jik Cho and Hyun Sung Hong.  She was a bright and cheerful woman, full of heart and big smiles.  She loved her friends and family and always put the needs of others above her own.  Her bright smile will forever be in the hearts of those who loved her.  She is survived by her husband John Sea Jeong Oh; daughters Katherine Kuo and her husband Don of Ladera Ranch, CA and Stacie Oh of Eugene, OR; grandchildren Nathan and Ellie Kuo; siblings Soon Heng Cho, John Cho, Richard Cho, Soon Jung Kwon, and James Cho; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on January 12 at O’Connor Mortuary, Laguna Hills, CA, and a graveside service was held on January 18 at Pacific View Memorial Park, Corona Del Mar, CA.  Memorial contributions may be made to The Laguna Hills Korean United Methodist Church Missionary Fund, 24442 Moulton Pkwy, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.
