One of my fondest memories of Roy was when I was a kid and he coached or assistant coached one of my soccer teams. If we one our game on that Saturday, Roy would takes us to 7-11 for slurpees and candy. Another memory of mine is watching the Laker’s playoff game at Greg’s house and seeing hack a Shaq for the first time. Roy, I’m glad you will be with Elaine again. Rest in peace. you both will always be alive in my memories.

So very sorry to find the obituary of Roy. He was the youngest brother of my late husband Howard Makin who passed away May 3 2008. Two other brothers also have passed away..Bob and Ron.
