   Rusty was one of the kindest, gentlest men I have known. For fifteen years, we have teased and kidded each other and had a mutual respect. He will be greatly missed. Know you are all in my prayers and as near as the phone if you need anything. Will see you on Sunday.

   I know what a shock you have suffered. I wish to express our deepest sympathy and hope that the kind thoughts of your many friends will make your grief a little easier to bear. We know that death is certain, yet it remains hard to accept. When one spouse leaves a loving partnership it is always too soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you, as is our love.

   Thankfully, we pretty much said it all over many years of travel, visits & fun whle Rusty was with us.
