Born July 17th, 1943, in Jackson, Mississippi. Passed away on August 11th, 2019, in Mission Viejo, California.  Hollister was a loving husband, an incredible Father and Papaw and a wild and crazy man.  He was larger than life and touched the lives of many.  There was no one like him.  We will love him forever and miss him like crazy.  He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Claire McKay, and his 3 children, Trae McKay, Renee Snyder and her husband Brent, and Holly McKay, grandchildren, Chad Snyder and Peyton Snyder and his sister Sybil Crawford from Hernando, Mississippi.

The viewing and vigil will be held from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, August 27th, 2019, at O'Connor Mortuary with a funeral service at 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 28th, 2019, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ladera Ranch.
