George S. Lambrakis
July 23, 1968 – July 9, 2013

George Lambrakis, 44 of Ladera Ranch passed away July 9 after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was born in Long Beach, attended Los Alamitos High School and graduated from Long Beach State University with a degree in finance. George spent most of his career in the homebuilding industry and recently was a controller for R3 Construction Company in Irvine. He shared his love of baseball with his three boys, Kyle(14), Jake(12), and Nick(6) and was a beloved coach for Ladera Ranch Little League. While he enjoyed developing their baseball skills, Coach Lambrakis took special pride in teaching important life lessons to his sons and players. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Kelly; his three sons; his parents, Spiro and Catherine; his two brothers Paul and Mike (Rachel); and his sister Julie.

Services will be held Wednesday, July 17 at 10:00AM at The Spoken Word Christian Church, 30151 Avenida de las Banderas, Rancho Santa Margarita, 92688. Private burial to follow.
